So, Origins game conference was held this weekend and they had the annual game awards. And, not surprising to some here, WotC was left holding the bag. In the Best RPG Supplements, Serenity Adventures by Margaret Weis Productions beat out both the Forgotten Realms Campaign Guide AND the Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic Campaign Setting. As for Best RPG? Mouse Guard beat out the 4th Edition Player's Handbook. The best part about all this? Usually D&D dominates the categories. The setting books usually win the Supplements category (Eberron Campaign Setting, Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting, etc.) and this is the first edition of D&D not to win an Origins award.
