Shutter Island - Scorsese and DiCaprio in CREEPY movie.
The Book of Eli - I saw this preview at GI Joe and the first thing I thought of was if they brought Fallout to the big screen. With a good plot. And a ton of great actors (Denzel Washington, Gary Oldman, Michael Gambon, Mila Kunis, Malcom McDowell, etc.)
John Carter of Mars - Due in 2012 starring Taylor Kitsch (Gambit from Wolverine) as John Carter and Willem Dafoe's in it too. They MIGHT just pull this off. Finally.
