I discovered this handy (and free) program recently while reading the EnWorld forums. d20spellbook.home.comcast.net/ It is, as the name suggests, a spell list generator. The results are very similar in appearance to what Vince's Excel character sheet spell list look like. I've printed out a couple samples and I think I will be using this for the spell list of any NPC that doesn't rate high enough to warrant a proper character sheet. And I have a sizable number of spellcasting NPCs I need lists for. The program has data from a wide variety of sources - many more than I'll ever pruchase or use. It is also very flexible in that it doesn't care if you have a PrC or not. It worries about what base classes you have, what the overall caster level is, any modifiers to saves, etc. Individual character information can be saved (and these files are only 2-10K or so in size) and loaded later so you don't have to go through the tedious process of reslecting all of a wizard's spells, for instance. And if you don't want to print the spell list out, you can export the generated list to an Adobe PDF file (I know I'm not going to print out all of them that I create). I recommend that anyone who has need of an easily generated comprehensive spell list (and any cleric needs that) for a PC or NPC check this out. For this campagin or any other.

Ema's Character Sheets ( www.emass-web.com/) also has some nice dynamic PDF spell sheets that will list by class/setting/book the spells you want.

Interesting. Unfortunately it doesn't automatically calculate save DCs, ranges and durations. That's a "must have" feature for me when it comes to this type of comprehensive list. For the variable ranges it prints out only Close, Medium, or Long, without the accompanying numerical increment.
I'll give the designer(s) and programmer(s) credit. It's a nice piece of work overall, and the printouts are visually in-line with the officially printed WotC character sheets.

Yeah, Ema designs more of the blank sheet to print out and write on rather than the "calculate it all for you" type.
