While sitting here I came up with a question in regards to one of my favorite races. Warforged who are built with amor plating into their being, monks who have to be unarmored to get the most out of their class and druids who can't wear metal armor, do warforged monks benifit from the Fast Movement?
Or to be monks/druids do they have to take the Unarmored Body feat? Seems kinda silly that the plating they have built in would keep them from taking X class.

Well, according to what's in the ECS and Races of Eberron, the warforged's normal composite plating hampers neither of those class choices.
Both Mithral Body and Adamantine Body do get in the way of the druid class's metal armor restriction, which is what Ironwood Body is for if you want extra armor.
For some strange reason RoE also implies that the aformentioned armored body feats would not hamper a monk. That I would disagree with as those feats say in their description the user is treated as wearing a certain class of armor (i.e. light) when you have them. And wearing any armor invalidates a monk's bonus AC from level and Wisdom.
