In case you were wondering why it's been moving kinda slow, let me explain.
No, that will take too long, let me sum up.
Friday: Called in a sick day to drive down to Philly for a job interview with Drexel Med School. Saturday: Game session for most of the day. Sunday: Karma fights back, I'm actually sick for the day. Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday: Crunch time at work, needed down time when I'm home.
With the Thanksgiving weekend here, I'm going to work hard to get stuff up on the board to move us to the actual Halls. Look for something Friday night/Saturday morning.

The interview did go well. In fact they offered me the job, but I had to turn it down. The drive would have been between 90 minutes to two hours one way and, being that they are literally in the center of Philly (right next to City Hall), parking would have run $30-$40 a day. They offered good money and benefits, but when they tell you in the interview process that there will be overtime and Saturday hours and they won't let you work from home, it loses value really quick.
I like web developing, I don't like driving two hours to Philly, working ten and driving two hours home... Ah well, at least I know I still got good interview skills.

and here I was feeling guilty because I'd gone a few days without checking the boards and was worried I was the one holding you all up.
Enjoy your Turkey Day. Rest, relax, and recover!

I know I promised something about 5 days ago, but with putting up Xmas decorations, Janet working overnight shifts and my job just being a pain in the a$$... You know how it goes.
And, of course, it doesn't help that FFXII got here from Game Fly. *sigh*

Unfortunately, it is. I've got a lot of stuff going on outside of gaming right now and don't have the time or energy to put into this. It's even tough for me to play tabletop right now...

I for one understand and you shoudl focus you energies on getting everything straightened out and then, when you are ready, you can track down Count Rugen and have your revenge.

Understandable. Save both your time and energy for the important stuff. Good luck with it!
