I had a dungeon and a dragon subscription through them shortly before the big switch to pathfinder and WotC taking its epic plunge into 'What were you thinking?!"
You're right. They're customer service was astounding. What was less than stellar however, is their shipping. Not the price, the times. Of 15 Dungeon magazines, I had to get them to resend 6 of them. Now, they did send them with nary a complaint, but I generally got them about the same time the next issue was hitting the news stands, and as stated above, many never showed at all.
The Adventure Paths were a different story, they generally showed up a couple weeks after the print date, and not one went astray. I've since cancelled those, but not because of service, only because there's only so many adventures I'll never get to run or play I can handle kicking around the house.
Can't wait for the official release... the Campaign setting was nice, but I wants my precious soon.

Monk(ey) LoveThe thing that really caught my eye is that they changed the Amulet of Mighty Fists so that you can add weapon abilities to it (so yes, you're fists can be flaming. Heh... Too bad Phil killed his account); and they did the same to Bracers of Armor (so you can have them with Fortification, Silent Moves, etc.). I think *that* makes Bracers waaaaay more attractive to rogues as well.

576 pages of sweet goodness. I'm loving the dense text, lots of information in there
