Alison Carroll. Ms. Carroll is a British gymnast chosen to fill the role of "real-life" Lara Croft for promotions and modelling. Here are some great shots (in addition to the link above) of why she got the job:

She can probably emulate the moves that Lara Croft displays in the games, but she lacks the intensity in her eyes.
But that's just the female side of me being analytical.
That and ya know, a little Photoshop in the nether regions...

Hopefully, she'll get that intensity after going through her training:
Official SAS training, firearms training and, of course, archaeology.
